Murano Art Glass Striped Vase with Millefiori |

This is a stunning and highly unusual Murano glass vase.
It has a bulbous body with an oval cross section. The rim sweeps upwards on each side, forming horn like extensions. The vase appears to have been made in three layers. The inner layer is yellow, the middle layer contains the millefiori and coloured stripes and the outer layer is flint glass. The rim has an applied band of red glass. Both sides of the vase have the same design.
It is in excellent condition, with no chips or cracks.

Dimensions: The maximum height of the vase is approximately 33.7cm.
