Hans Christiansen ' L'Heure du Berger' published in L'Estampe Moderne March 1898. In English this title translates to 'The Hour of the Shepherd', this highly sought after stone lithograph is housed in the original Art Nouveau / Jugendstil frame. Hans Christiansen is considered one of the main exponents of German Jugendstil. He was a multi talented artisan and was a member of the Darmstadt artists colony/group and a contributor to the Viennese Secession movement.
