A Rare Folding Mother-of-Pearl and Silver Button Hook. This pretty button hook is a small compact pocket one, the silver hook is encased in a mother-of-pearl and silver handle, which folds out when required. The mother-of-pearl is in good condtion.The length when open is a meer 8.5cm, and when closed it measures 5.5cm. Its such a delightful item. The Button Hook was made by Isaac Ellis & Sons, and was assayed in Sheffield in1900. the overall weight of the hook is 11.1grams.
