A fine art vase made by the famous French ceramic artist Jean-Baptiste Barol. The vase stands 6.5 inches (17cm) high and is decorated with an impressionist apple and leaves decoration and has a beautiful irridescent, metallic lustre glaze whilst the apples and foliage are styled in cloisonne type enamels. The vase dates to the early 1900's and is marked Barol Cannes Bocca. The vase reflects different shades of purples, turquoise, blues and reds depending on the light - a real beauty.
