A Rolex Oyster in the classic original style & in excellent condition. This is the rare mid-sized version cased in solid 18 carat gold. The case has a screw on back & has the Rolex locking crown. There are no engravings. The rear cover is marked 18C it has British & Swiss patent numbers. It also has the serial number 274,789 dateing the watch to 1944. The dial is excellent, the glass has some scratches. The very high grade movement is marked ROLEX. EXTRA PRIMA. SWISS MADE. 15 JEWELS. TIMED 6 POSITIONS FOR ALL CLIMATES. It is running well & keeping good time.

Dimensions: 1,1/16 (27mm) diameter excluding crown & lugs.
