Silver cased folding travel clock |

A 1920s folding silver travel clock in very good condition. The silver case has the Birmingham hallmark for 1925 & the casemakers mark WH LTD. It is engraved 'April 25th 1900-1925 (probably a silver wedding present). The case has a smooth finish with some faint scratches, there is a small ding on the top front edge. The case folds flat & opens by pressing a button at the front. The clock has a gold plated milled bezel & an excellent enamelled dial with no cracks, the hands and numbers have luminous paint infil, some of which has flaked off with age (no longer luminous after nearly 90 years). The Swiss lever movement is running well & keeping good time.

Dimensions: 1,7/8" x 1,15/16" x 2,1/4" (48mm x 49mm x 56mm) when open.
