Arts and Crafts Silver Enamel Pendant and Long Belcher Chain c1908. An original and rare necklace of large proportions by David Hollander & Son, Silverware manufacturers of Birmingham. This is very substantial in heavy silver set with the vibrant enamel in blues and greens within the strong design features of the pendant. Please note: There is as small amount of loss to the enamel at the bottom of the pendant and this can be clearly seen by clicking on the photos. Measurements, not including large ring: Pendant Length 1 1/2 ins (4cm). Width 1 1/4 (3.1cm) approx. Chain length 23ins (58cm). Hallmarked Sterling Silver Birmingham 1908. DH&S, for David Hollander & Son. A terrific antique necklace in good condition apart from the small chip in the enamel visible in the picture.
