A very nice vintage solid brass inkwell, with pen holder and pen rest at the back, it depicts a Victorian gentleman with what looks like fruit or flowers in his hand, I don't know the age of the pen or if it is originally with the inkwell, but the pen has the name of William Mitchell made in England stamped on the wood part. An excellent item that would adorn any office desk..
