A handsome, circular, ruby glass scent bottle, with a clear glass stopper, floral decorated hinged brass top, suspensory chain and finger ring. The bottle is embellished on both sides with relief cagework featuring two love birds on scrollwork branches and additional flower head patterning. The shoulders are covered with long single leaves. Circa 1870, French. 2½in/6.4cm high.
