A good example of a scent bottle also known as a "throwaway" or "attar" bottle. Two sides are cut with scoops, two left plain, the bottle is hand enamelled with white floral motifs, blue dot and gilt patterns, as well as blue and white stripes. Circa 1820-40. Article measured in centimetres and rounded to the nearest quarter inch.
