Head: bisque, hair wig, fixed dark brown eyes, painted lashes and lids, open mouth, row of teeth, pierced ears.
Body: wood and composite jointed body.
Clothing: amber glass earrings, lace trimmed blue velvet soft hat, lace and silk trimmed blue velvet jacket with frilly cuffs, matching full length dress with silk waistcoat front and large velvet bow at the back, cotton undergarments and bloomers, silk stockings, black shoes with purple laces. Combination of 1970s/80s handmade and vintage items.
Marked: yes, with the number 8 (possibly SFBJ).
Age: probably first quarter C20th.
Provenance: item is from a large private collection of well looked after dolls formed in the 1970s and 80s.
Condition: Good
Dimensions: 20in/50.8cm.
