An exquisite and very glamorous vintage necklace from the 1950s fully set with chaton cut and prong set clear rhinestones. The large pendant section has adjoining tiered loops and each is centred with a dangling pear droplet. The centre and top of the pendant is set with fixed pearls leading to a hook and tail fastening so the length can be adjusted to fit and with a cream faux pearl on the end of the tail. The overall effect is a cascade of sparkling rhinestones with beautiful cream faux pearl tear drop dangles and faux pearl rounds. This vintage necklace combines the glamour and glitz of rhinestones with the timeless elegance of pearls and perfect for adding glamour for a special occasion. Dates from 1950s - Unsigned.
Measuring: 16 1/2" (42cm) in length. Additional pendant section drop 4 1/2". Pendant 4 1/2 x 2 1/8" (115 x 53mm). Very good vintage condition, all stones intact.
