This is a set of four stunning 1930s Art Deco style cocktail glasses, probably British in origin and possibly by Thomas Webb.
The conical shaped bowl is cut with ten triangular shaped panels with curved upper and lower limits. Alternate panels are cut with horizontal wedge cuts, which diminish in size as they approach the base. The short stem has a discoid knop. The foot is flat with a band of radial needle cutting around the edge.
Each glass has a height of approximately 8.6cm, with a diameter at the rim of about 7.5cm and at the foot of about 5.5cm. There may be minor discrepancies in the dimensions due to the handmade nature of the glasses.
