V.E.DAY 1945-1995 was issued in association with the Royal British Legion and the Imperial War Museum to celebrate this important anniversary. Printed in full colour using original war time photographs and shows 2 MK.9 Spitfires of 241 Squadron flying over the lava darkened slopes of mount Vesuvius in Italy on 27th January, 1944 : Amphibious exercises in the English Channel during 1943 and Churchill Tank of B Squadron 51st Royal Tank Regiment moving through undergrowth in the Italian countryside on 20th July 1944. Produced by Sabre Cartons Ltd. England, this is a fine souvenier of that historic day in our nation's history. PRICE INCLUDES UK POSTAGE
