A fine example of a Blackthorn stick. This one is over two years seasoned, as all good Blackthorn sticks should be, this stick measures 35 ins long, shaft is 3 1/4ins circumference, grip handle is 3 1/2ins wide x 1 1/4ins deep, and weighs 440gms, it has retained its thorns and is finished off with copper ferrule, please look at the photo to see where these sticks come from and the work that goes into making them. This stick will give many years of good service, and would make a lovely present for a loved one, something different for a change either for the festive season or other special occasion.
