Albert Medal, a miniature Albert Medal attributed to Air Mechanic (1st) H.V. Robinson, RAF, 1st class, for saving life on land, in gilt and enamel, some tarnishing and one tiny chip to enamel at base of central oval, otherwise extremely fine, with riband brooch and a length of additional riband; sold with an original photograph of the recipient in uniform. H.V. Robinson was awarded the Albert Medal, 1st class, Land (L.G. 6th March 1918) for the rescue of the pilot and 2 crew from a burning airship.
